For those who serve

You Served. Now Let Us Serve You.

NeuroBloom Behavioral Health provides specialized mental health care designed for the unique challenges of military life — from active duty through transition and beyond.

We Understand the Weight You Carry.

Military service demands extraordinary sacrifice — from the service member and from every person who loves them. The experiences of deployment, combat exposure, moral injury, traumatic loss, and the constant pressure of readiness leave marks that don't disappear when orders change.

At NeuroBloom, we don't ask you to explain military culture to us. Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based treatments specifically validated for military populations, and we approach every session with the respect and directness that service members deserve.

Whether you're currently serving, recently separated, or a family member carrying your own weight — we're here.

Who We Serve

Active-Duty Service Members

Confidential mental health support that works around your schedule and mission demands. We understand the stigma concerns and work to make care accessible and discreet.

Veterans

Whether you separated last year or decades ago, the effects of service don't have an expiration date. We provide trauma-informed care that honors your experience.

Military Spouses & Partners

The emotional labor of military life falls heavily on partners. You deserve support too — for deployment anxiety, reintegration stress, and everything in between.

Military Families & Children

Frequent moves, absent parents, and the anxiety of deployment affect children and families in lasting ways. We offer family therapy and child/adolescent services tailored to military life.

National Guard & Reservists

The dual identity of civilian and service member creates unique stressors. We understand the challenges of balancing both worlds.

Specialized Services

PTSD & Trauma Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) — the gold-standard treatments for combat and military-related PTSD.

TBI & Co-Occurring Conditions

Integrated care for traumatic brain injury alongside mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and substance use.

Military Sexual Trauma (MST)

Trauma-informed, survivor-centered care for those who have experienced sexual assault or harassment during military service.

Transition to Civilian Life

Support for the identity shifts, career changes, and relationship challenges that come with separating from service.

Psychiatric Medication Management

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other conditions common in the military community.

Advanced Treatments (Spravato®)

For veterans and service members with treatment-resistant depression or PTSD, we offer Spravato® (esketamine) — FDA-approved and administered under expert medical supervision in our certified clinical setting.

Community support

Monthly Military Support & Wellness Meeting

A confidential space to connect, share, and build resilience — together.

Every month, NeuroBloom hosts a dedicated support and wellness meeting for active-duty personnel, veterans, military spouses, and family members. This is not a clinical group — it's a community gathering designed to reduce isolation, build peer connection, and provide a safe space to talk about what military life is really like.

Meetings are free to attend, confidential, and open to the entire military community — you do not need to be a current patient to participate.
